Service Delivery
The Drop-In Centre has full "open sessions" on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays from 9am to 1pm [with refreshments, table games etc.] during
which the professional services are available. Other times are "by
appointment" [ring to make an appointment] for the staff to provide
advice and guidance on welfare benefits, housing, health and community
care. The great value of this provision lies in the fact that service users within our
homelessness' remit cannot access statutory or professional practice provisions.
